Shipping, Returns, and Duties

Shipping
All items ship from the United States. We currently ship to the US and select international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Some countries may have import duties or restrictions on art — these are the buyer's responsibility.
All shipments are insured. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. For international or special orders (including framing), shipping may be invoiced separately to the email address on your order.
Returns
You may return items within 28 days of receiving them, provided they are in original packaging and saleable condition. To start a return, email [email protected] and we will send you a returns label.
- Return shipping is charged at standard rates based on your location
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs
- All returns are inspected before refunds are processed
- Please keep original packaging until you've decided to keep your purchase
- You are responsible for items until they reach us
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email [email protected] with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will send you a prepaid return label. Because all items are unique pieces of fine art, replacements are not available. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund including original shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, perishable items, and items framed by a third party cannot be returned. Items marked as non-returnable on the product page are final sale. Items framed through our recommended framers or add-on framing option may be returned in saleable condition, though framing costs may not be refunded.
